Union Valley Parkway to Open in a Few Weeks
A new freeway exit from the 101 to Orcutt and southern Santa Maria is only weeks away from completion.
Caltrans says they’re in their final stages of paving the roads on and off the freeway and on the overpass, striping the lanes and some electrical wiring work.
Once all of that is done, the exit will be open to drivers in November.
Drivers tell News Channel 3 they’re looking forward to easier freeway access and less congestion on other roads in the area.
