California man wins Touring Pro event in Santa Barbara
Someone had to win the PBR event in Santa Barbara. On a night when most of the competitors didn’t come close to riding a qualifying score, Dylan Vick Hice emerged as the winner. He is from Escalon, California and according to his career stats on the official PBR website, this is Dylan’s first win as a pro.
Most of the riders that came to Santa Barbara compete strictly on the minor league circuit of the PBR called the Touring Pro Division. The competition was part of Old Spanish Days Fiesta.
