SLO County bus driver arrested for child molestation
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office arrested an employee of the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education on Thursday for the continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Daniel Lewis Zaldivar, 28, of Oceano is also a part-time custodian and school bus driver for the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education.
Sheriff’s investigators believe Zaldivar abused his victims over a four-year period beginning in 2004 and again in 2010.

On 6-20-13, investigators with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Daniel Lewis Zaldivar of Oceano on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child and lewd acts with a child under 14. Investigators believe the abuse happened over a four year period beginning in 2004 and then again in 2010. Zaldivar is an employee of the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education and is also a part time custodian and school bus driver for the Lucia Mar Unified School District.
