Police Investigating Peeping Tom Incident
Police are investigating a possible peeping Tom incident in Santa Barbara. It happened at the Marshalls store on State Street around 6 p.m on Saturday. A woman told police a man was using his cell phone to take pictures underneath her skirt. Police are interviewing a witness. They have also requested surveillance video from the store in an attempt to identify the suspect.
