Thursday morning forecast June 10th

Temperatures Thursday are warming by 3 to 5 degrees, but staying below average. The Central Coast will be in the 60s, the South Coast in the 70s, and the interior in the 70s to low 80s.

The region is filling in with high pressure from the south. Any cloud cover will be patchy and stick to the Central Coast.

Gusty winds will hit the region again. Advisories on the South Coast and Santa Barbara County mountains will expire Friday early morning, and in the Ventura County mountains will expire by Thursday mid-morning. Gusts will reach upwards of 45 mph.

Conditions continue to warm into Saturday as high pressure builds and onshore flow weakens, reaching above average. Temperatures on Sunday will step back slightly from the warming trend with onshore flow.

However, with offshore flow by Tuesday, the region will heat again for summer-like conditions.
