Thursday morning forecast April 22nd

Temperatures are starting to recover slightly Thursday, but still remaining below average. Much of the region will be in the 60s.

A morning marine layer is hitting all coast lines and extending very deep inland. We could see some patchy drizzle again. Another upper low will move across California, but a little bit more westerly.

Some weak ridging and weakening onshore flow will warm temperatures by a couple of degrees on Friday and Saturday. The marine layer will still persist, but will start to thin.

Sunday will cool with a storm system heading in from the Gulf of Alaska. There is a chance of rainfall Sunday, with chances increasing overnight and leaving most with a wet commute Monday morning.

Ridging will warm the region quite a bit Tuesday and Wednesday.
