Monday morning forecast – Feb. 3rd

A Freeze Warning will be in effect for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County. With sub-freezing temperatures likely to drop to 25 degrees for the valleys and mountains. Gusty northern winds will persist for Monday with a High Wind Watch in effect for Santa Barbara and Ventura County until noon. Daytime highs along the coast and valleys in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Winds will lessen for Tuesday with temps still slightly below average. Dry conditions will remain through Saturday with mostly sunny skies for the Central and South Coast. Temperatures will warm each day with temps likely to be near average for mid-week.

The next system will arrive on Sunday with a chance for rain showers and cooler temperatures. We'll be tracking the latest at the First Alert Weather Center.
