CHARLESTON, Ill. — Southeast Missouri dished out a season-best 27 assists and snapped its seven-game road losing streak, easily beating Eastern Illinois 87-58. Phillip Russell led the Redhawks with eight assists on Saturday. Dan Luers led the Panthers with 14 points.
