UCSB-bound Cole Anderson scores 51 points in record-breaking performance

UCSB commit Cole Anderson scored 51 points to break the single-game scoring record at Clovis West.

FRESNO, Calif.-Cole Anderson broke the Clovis West High School single-game scoring record and he didn't even play in the fourth quarter.

Anderson was 13-of-17 on three-point shots including 9-for-9 in the third quarter as Clovis West beat Graces Memorial 100-51.

Anderson made all five of his two-point attempts as well as 2-for-2 from the free throw line.

The sharp-shooting guard will be a freshman in the fall for the UCSB Gauchos.
