Salute to Seniors: DP star pitcher Ali Borden is headed to Redlands

GOLETA, Calif. - Alison Borden began pitching in the 8-under Goleta Valley Girls Softball Association and she will continue her softball career at the University of Redlands.

As a junior in 2019 Borden was 6-0 with a 1.73 earned run average as she helped Dos Pueblos High School win the Channel League with a 14-0-1 league record.

Borden also hit over .300 for the Chargers last year.

She was disappointed to see her senior season canceled due to Covid-19 but is excited to pitch at the next level.
