Salute to Seniors: Pioneer Valley track and field sprinter Laurie Geronimo

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Laurie Geronimo made her last Santa Maria city track and field meet a memorable one.

In late February the Pioneer Valley senior won the 100 and 200m and she was on the winning girls 400 relay team as the Panthers won the meet over Santa Maria, Orcutt Academy and St. Joseph.

She also did cross-country and Geronimo was a drum major for the Panthers marching band.
