SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Bishop Diego High School senior Jackson Haskell was a four-year varsity starter in baseball and was on the Cardinals football team that won a CIF-3AA State Championship Bowl Game in 2017.

Haskell was off to a great start for his senior baseball season, batting .357 with a grand slam and 10 RBI in nine games before the year was canceled due to Covid-19.

On the mound he was 2-1 with one save and had totaled 20 strikeouts.

Haskell says he is deciding his college future as he will either play football at an NCAA Division 2 or 3 school or possibly play both football and baseball at Santa Barbara City College.
