Salute to Seniors: San Marcos HS Softball

Five seniors were on the San Marcos High School softball team

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - So many games and so many wins for several senior softball players at San Marcos High School.

Three seniors, Claire Early, Morgan Jensen and Kyla Robbins played on varsity for the Royals since they were freshman.

Those three helped the Royals advance to two CIF championship game appearances.

Early, a center fielder, will continue her career at Cal Poly.

Jensen, a catcher, signed with Holy Cross.

Senior pitcher Julianna Madrigal played on varsity since she was a sophomore while Desiree Teran was in her second season of varsity softball when it was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
