Westmont College catcher Simon Reid drafted by Dodgers 10th round

warriors — Westmont College catcher Simon Reid was drafted in the 10th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Westmont College catcher Simon Reid was selected on Day 2 of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Los Angeles Dodgers in round 10 with the 315th overall pick.

Reid helped lead the Warriors to their first NAIA World Series appearance in program history this past season.

He batted .378 with 12 home runs and 56 RBI in 2022.
