VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. - With a weather forecast that calls for blistering heat and wildfire conditions, Ventura County is opening up its cooling centers for those looking to get out of the hot temperatures.

The following cooling centers in Ventura County will be open during this forecasted heat wave. You should check with each center before making the trip.

Open daily, from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Fillmore
Fillmore Active Adult Center

Open June 15-18, from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Ojai
Boyd Center

Open June 15-18, from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Santa Paula
Santa Paula Community Center

Open June 15-18, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Simi Valley

Open June 15-17, from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
