Friends gather to remember local musician

Musicians and friends celebrate the life of Hip. E. Mark Searcy

OJAI, Calif.-Bands played for a local musician's celebration of life.

They played all day at Camp Comfort Park near Ojai.

They called it a "Fare Thee Well" celebration in memory of "Hip.-E Mark Searcy."

Friends and family remember him as a gifted storyteller, harmonic player and songwriter.
