Ventura County Public Health reports 741 COVID-19 cases, 10 deaths since Friday

VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. -- The Ventura County Department of Public Health reported 741 COVID-19 cases and 10 additional deaths since Friday.

The people who died ranged in age from 64-89, according to public health.

There were 65 coronavirus hospitalized as of Wednesday, including 15 in intensive-care units.

Nearly 76% of all eligible county residents were considered fully vaccinated as of Wednesday.
