OXNARD, Calif. - Plans for a "Peaceful Trump Boat Parade" in the Channel Islands Harbor were in the works before President Trump was diagnosed with COVID-19.

People decorated their boats with flags, banners and decorations on Saturday.

Those without boats lined the Channel Islands Harbor bridge.

They are hoping for President Trump's speedy recovery and reelection.

The harbor has been filling up with political flags for both Trump and Joe Biden.

There appeared to be more Biden flags behind homes with docks in Mandalay Bay and more Trump flags on boats in marina slips.
