Santa Maria Police investigate ‘threats of violence’ at junior high school

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Santa Maria police said a teenager made 'threats of violence' at Tommie Kunst Junior High School.

On Thursday night, a parent of another student reported that the 13-year-old made the threats.

Police said they identified the teen and after an investigation came to the conclusion that the teen does not have access to any weapons.
