Santa Barbara County Fire battling vegetation fire off highway near Nojoqui turnoff
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – The Santa Barbara County Fire Department was responding to a vegetation fire that sparked off of Highway 101 and the Nojoqui Grade in Buellton, according to the fire department.
The fire department said that it was first called to the scene just after 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Crews were able to douse the flames fairly quickly, and the fire was extinguished later Tuesday morning.
