Los Olivos draws crowds even with high temperatures in October

LOS OLIVOS, Calif. - The Santa Ynez Valley is still grasping onto high temperatures in the beginning of October.

Foot traffic continues to go through Los Olivos on Sunday with high heat.

Even after the fall season has begun, Santa Ynez Valley still feels like summer, but people are making exceptions.

There are activities going on throughout the town, including the annual Scarecrow Fest, which runs from Oct. 1 - Oct. 31.

Los Olivos also has folks gathered under the trees that cover the local park, where visitors and locals put a blanket on the grass for lunch.

The local wineries are also filled with customers that are sipping on wine.
