Proposal to build 143 homes near Rancho Maria Golf Club presented to Santa Barbara Planning Commission

ORCUTT, Calif. - The project Neighborhoods at Willow Creek and Hidden Canyon is being presented during the Santa Barbara Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday.

The housing would be added to two parts of the Rancho Maria Golf Club under the proposal.

It would include less than 110 acres of open space and a public hiking trail.

During the meeting the environmental impacts of the project were discussed.

Planning commissioners will decide whether to recommend the project to the Board of Supervisors.
