Mother and son reported missing out of Lompoc

LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc police are searching for a mother and son after they went missing out of the city three days ago.

Mother and single parent Jessica Starcher is described as a 34-year-old white woman who is 5-foot-4 and weighs about 150 pounds. Jessica has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Her 9-year-old son, Johan Huckestein, is described as being a white boy who is 4 feet tall and weighs about 70 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Family and friends told police they have not heard from Jessica or Johan in the last three days.

Jessica reportedly does not own a vehicle and it is believed a friend might have given the two a ride out of town to an unknown location.
