Montessori Center School celebrates teachers, parents for National Superhero Day

GOLETA, Calif. - The Montessori Center School honored the school's parents, students, staff and teachers for National Superhero Day on April 28.

The real-life superheroes were recognized in a drive-by celebration in the school's parking lot.

The school created this event to recognize the people in their lives during this unprecedented moment, including parents, teachers, staff and children. It also honored the flexibility, creativity and care the community has shown each other.

Montessori Center School is currently providing remote learning to pre-school aged children. Its faculty is currently teaching remotely to students ages 18 months through 12 years old.
