Semi-truck crash causes extended traffic delays in Templeton

TEMPLETON, Calif. -- A big rig crash early morning continues traffic delays on Highway 101 on Thursday.

Drivers continue to be stuck in traffic after a big rig holding asphalt went through a guardrail on Highway 101.

The incident was reported at around 1:42 a.m. early Thursday morning.

The truck went through the guardrail on the southbound Highway 101 and into an embankment.

There was damage to the guardrail and an oak tree.

California Highway Patrol in Templeton says there were no injuries reported.
