Protest draws over 100 people to Downtown Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES, Calif. - On Tuesday, more than 100 people participated in a Black Lives Matter protest and march in Downtown Paso Robles.

Representatives from several county law enforcement agencies were on hand to assist Paso Robles as needed.

The City of Paso Robles said it supports peaceful protests and is working to keep protesters safe and protected from traffic.

There are currently no reports of violence or vandalism from this event and officials said it was a peaceful demonstration.

Drivers did experience intermittent traffic delays in the downtown area.
