SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - As California eases restrictions on elective treatments and surgery, thousands of doctors and dentists are starting to see patients again.

But what will that look like?

Dr. Seung Gwon from the Vein Clinic in Santa Barbara joined Joe Buttitta on Fox 11 Tuesday morning to discuss reopening.
