Santa Barbara Humane animals safe following weekend storm

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif.- The animals at Santa Barbara humane are safe following the weekend storm.

Although the animals have outdoor spaces to play, they also have access to indoor enclosures. Some dogs that showed signs of anxiety due to the loud noises from the storm were able to wear thunder jackets to alleviate their anxiety.

Workers at Santa Barbara humane made sure to prioritize the well-being of all the animals at the facility by staying extra hours. We will be speaking to Santa Barbara humane about how the storm impacted adoptions the last two weeks.
