Power pole fire near Anacapa

A fire broke out on a power pole at Anacapa and Sola, in Santa Barbara this morning. It sparked around 6 a.m during rainstorms.

Firefighters were able to put out the fire quickly.

Current updates show firefighters waiting on So Cal Edison to appear on the scene. There are no confirmation of power outage in the area.
