EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Police in Oregon set up a tip line and are asking for witnesses to come forward with any information about a shooting that injured six people, one critically, outside a concert in Eugene. Officers responded to the WOW Hall after reports of a shooting near the venue’s rear entrance around 9:30 p.m. Friday and found chaos. The gunfire erupted in a parking lot behind the venue. No arrests had been made, and investigators have not determined whether the shooting was targeted or random. Police Chief Chris Skinner said investigators hadn’t received much information from possible witnesses.
