PASO ROBLE, Calif. - For a second straight night, officers with the Paso Robles Police Department recovered a pound of meth, they say coming from California’s Central Valley.

Sunday night officers stopped a vehicle and located a pound of meth hidden in the door panel, scales, drug paraphernalia, nearly $5,000 in cash and stolen mail from Northern San Luis Obispo County.

The two people in the vehicle were arrested.

Officers then searched their hotel room in Atascadero where more meth and paraphernalia was found.
