Solvang installs hand sanitizing stations around city
SOLVANG, Calif. - Solvang is taking steps to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The city announced over the weekend it had installed five new hand sanitizing stations in different areas around town.
They're located at the Solvang Visitor Center, near the restrooms at Solvang Park, in front of the Wandering Dog Wine Bar, along the sidewalk outside Valley Hardware Store, and near Rasmussen's gift shop.
City leaders say people should use the hand sanitizer stations regularly while they're out walking or exercising, while also maintaining social distancing.
