Warm temps and mostly sunny skies brought a pleasant start to the work week. The pattern of costal clouds and fog will repeat for Tuesday morning with gradual clearing for the afternoon. Along with a sub-advisory Santa Ana wind event for the passes and canyons. Daytime highs along the coast and valleys in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Daytime highs will fluctuate slightly for this work week with temperatures primarily in the upper 60s to low 70s. An onshore flow will increase slightly across the region with a few degrees of widespread cooling.

An area of low pressure will continue to spin south of California. This will prompt an increase in cloud coverage for Friday. With a slight chance for rain showers from Friday into Saturday.
