Pedestrian identified in fatal collision in Grover Beach

GROVER BEACH, Calif. -- Grover Beach Police Department and CHP investigators identified the pedestrian killed on Tuesday in a fatal collision in Grover Beach.

Investigators identified Justin Dean Truman Kissinger, 33, Arroyo Grande on Monday morning.

Kissinger was the pedestrian killed in a fatal collision that happened on Tuesday on the 300 block of North Oak Park Boulevard.

Investigators from both agencies are still continuing the investigation.

Investigators have made notifications to Kissinger's family.
