The charges against Francisco Orozco in connection to the shooting at the Oceano Dunes have been dismissed, the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office said.

The suspect in Sunday morning's shooting at the Oceano Dunes has been charged with attempted murder.

His arraignment has been continued to May 15. His bail is set at $1 million.
