Arroyo Grande police ask residents to register surveillance cameras

The Arroyo Grande Police Department is asking residents to register their home surveillance cameras and video doorbells, in order to create a database of camera locations throughout the city.

Registering your camera is free to do, and it does not provide direct camera access to the Police Department.

You can register your home surveillance camera or video doorbell here.

The Police Department will use the information residents provide to locate potential evidentary video and will contact the homeowner directly for a copy.

All of the information collected in the registration process will only be available to Police Department employees.
