25-year-old woman killed in Templeton crash identified

The California Highway Patrol has identified the Idaho woman killed in a Templeton crash on Monday as 25-year-old Mikyley Reitz.

The CHP’s collision report said Reitz’s vehicle rolled over after leaving and re-entering the roadway and crushed the cab after landing on its rooftop.

Reitz had to be extricated from the wreckage by a CAL FIRE crew and was pronounced dead at the scene.

CHP continues to investigate the crash but said alcohol has not been ruled out as a factor in the collision.
