Wildfire in eastern SLO County scorches 225 acres

A wildfire burning Monday near California Valley, in eastern San Luis Obispo County, has scorched 225 acres, according to Cal Fire San Luis Obispo.

The fire threatened a nearby solar farm and destroyed one shed.

Four air tankers, 10 fire engines, and two hand crews worked for several hours putting out the blaze. No injuries have been reported at this time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
