Two Bishop Diego Cardinals student-athletes will soar to the college level
In front of their classmates at Bishop Diego High School, Mike Agnoli and Jill Giannini signed their National Letter of Intent to play sports at four-year universities.
Agnoli will play football at the University of Idaho and will play tight end.
Giannini will play soccer at UC San Diego.
She was a four-year varsity starter at Bishop Diego and will graduate with a 4.1 GPA.
Agnoli earned 9 varsity letters at Bishop having played football, basketball and volleyball for three years.
Agnoli and Giannini have known each other since both of them attended Little Angels Preschool in Santa Barbara.
Bishop Diego celebrated their achievements by having a signing ceremony in the gym this morning in front of the student body.
