Seniors targeted by car burglar and mail thieves in Oxnard mobile home park
Hollywood Beach Seaside mobile home park residents are sick and tired of being targeted by criminals.
Maurice Julian said he has had his mail stolen during the day and his car broken into in the middle of the night.
A suspected car burglar was caught on video surveillance walking through the senior park early Sunday morning.
Residents shared the information on the Nextdoor website to alert people to lock their car doors.
They hope someone will recognize the suspect and call the Oxnard Police Department.
