Foresters will call Pershing Park home
The Santa Barbara Foresters are hoping to have a bash near the beach.
Santa Barbara’s summer baseball team will play their home games at Pershing Park which is near the waterfront.
The Foresters had played over 25 seasons at UCSB but that relationship ended after last season.
Pershing Park needs a lot of work to their field and they need more stands but the Foresters are excited to play downtown.
The Foresters won their record-tying sixth National Baseball Congress title last summer.
Santa Barbara’s first home game will be June 9.
