Arrest in Arroyo Grande leads to stolen car investigation
Two men are facing vehicle theft charges after being arrested in Arroyo Grande Tuesday afternoon.
The Grover Beach Police Department says one of their officers spotted a car committing a traffic violation in the 1800 block of Grand Avenue.
