CIF playoff roundup: Dons, Royals lose, Bishop wins in boys hoops, San Marcos water polo advances

Both Santa Barbara and San Marcos boys basketball lost CIF first round playoff games but Bishop Diego hoops advanced.

San Marcos girls water polo knocked off San Clemente at home 14-6 in a division one first round game.
