Vehicles destroyed from early morning fire in Santa Barbara

Two vehicles were destroyed early Sunday morning after one of the vehicles caught fire under a carport in Santa Barbara.

At around 6:49 a.m., Santa Barbara County Fire responded to a report of a structure fire at 4531 Oak Glen Drive.

Upon arrival crews discovered a vehicle on fire underneath a carport. That fire spread to another vehicle parked inside the carport.

Both vehicles were total losses and the carport also sustained damage.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
