Wildfire burn areas under flood watch warning
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the recent burn areas, including the Canyon, Rey and Sherpa fire burn areas.
Heavy rain can lead to flash flooding, mud and debris flows.
Residents in the area are urged to, if they haven’t already, take steps to protect their property and follow directions of emergency officials
