Santa Barbara police investigating credit card theft

The Santa Barbara Police Department is investigating a credit card theft that occurred at about 1:15 p.m. in a store at La Cumbre Plaza on Dec. 27, 2016.

Police released surveillance photos and video of two men believed to be the thieves. They say within hours, the stolen credit card was used in stores in Ventura County.
