Missing Atascadero at-risk woman safely found

Tony Cipolla with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that 35-year-old Rachel Ann Miller was safely located in Paso Robles on Wednesday.

Miller was considered at-risk because of a medical condition.

Cipolla said family members were able to contact Miller after seeing media reports of her missing, which then prompted Miller herself to call law enforcement at 7:30 p.m.

Sheriff’s deputies located Miller after she provided her location to confirm she was safe.

No further details were immediately available.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department is reaching out to the public to help find a woman they consider an at-risk missing person.

Miller is described as a white female adult, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120 pounds with shoulder length hair and wears glasses. The Sheriff’s Office released two photos of Miller.
