Fire damages Oxnard strip mall on Sunday night

Oxnard firefighters filled the streets to put out a strip mall fire on Sunday night.

It appears the fire started in a business on the corner of A and 9th streets.

Crews used ladder trucks and hoses to put out the flames coming from the roof.

The entire neighborhood appeared to be filled with smoke.

Damage estimates have not been released.
