Deputies arrest Isla Vista burglary suspect

A transient man believed to be connected to a number of residential burglaries was arrested in Isla Vista on Saturday night.

Isla Vista Foot Patrol officers arrested Adam Dale, 24, who they say committed several residential burglaries in Isla Visa.

Investigators said they found stolen Macbooks inside a backpack the man was carrying.

Police said the items may have come from residences that Dale entered through unlocked windows and doors.

Dale was booked on prowling and burglary charges.
