Paso Robles police ask for help identifying armed robbery suspects

Two Wayside Liquor store clerks were robbed at gunpoint late Saturday night, Nov. 12, according to Paso Robles police. Now, the police department is asking for the community to help identify the suspects in the armed robbery.

Police were dispatched to the store located at 703 Creston Road, after a silent alarm was activated at the business just before 11 p.m.

The Paso Robles Police Department released two images of the male suspects from the store’s security cameras. One suspect is described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and had a black mask similar to a ski mask over his face. He was wearing black gloves and a black Seattle Seahawks hat. He was also wearing black shoes with a Nike swoosh on the sides. He appeared to be between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 5 feet 10 inches tall.

Police say the first suspect brandished what appeared to be a small caliber black long-barreled revolver.

The second suspect is described as wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, with a military style green belt, white batting gloves with red finger tips and a black ski mask covering his face. The ski mask had a white skeleton print near the eye hole. He was wearing black shoes that had a red symbol on the side and red colored tread. The suspect was described to be between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build.

Authorities say the second suspect brandished a black semi-automatic handgun.

Neither clerk was injured during the robbery. It’s unknown what was stolen from the liquor store.
